Havia Holding OÜ is a private investment vehicle established to manage and grow the Havia family's capital. Our mandate is narrow and our horizon is long: we own publicly listed businesses, and we aim to do so for many years.

We invest in equities — primarily publicly listed companies we believe to be of durable quality, run by capable and honest people, and available at a sensible price. We do not manage outside capital, and we do not seek to.
Markets reward those who can think clearly when others cannot. We try to be patient when patience is unpopular, and decisive when conviction is rewarded. The ambition is not to be clever; the ambition is to be right, and to stay right.
